Thank you so much for supporting my business! 

*If you need a refund after you placed an order, you have 48 hours to email me. This applies to ready-to-ship items. If it has shipped, I cannot do a refund. ([email protected]

*When ordering a custom, I require full payment upfront. If you are doing an order over $100 USD and require a payment plan, you can email me and we might be able to work something out. 

*I do not refund custom orders once they have been started. 

*Once the order is shipped, it is out of my control. That being said, any lost or damaged products are not my responsibility. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

*If you give me the wrong address and your order gets shipped back, you can pay for it to be reshipped. If it doesn't get shipped back to me, it is out of my control. 

*Orders will be shipped between 1-2 weeks. Tracking number will be provided upon request.

*If you order a custom, it could take up to 3 weeks depending on how many orders I'm taking. Email me at [email protected] or DM me on Twitter if you have any questions. 

*If something happened to your order, please feel free to reach out. I will help you out the best that I can. These policies are only in place to ensure that I'm not at fault for USPS negligence and/or buyers mistake. I want you to love your product, so please message me if you are unhappy with your order. 

*Due to Covid-19 shipping times are longer than normal. Orders will still be shipped within the 1-2 week timespan, but it will take longer to arrive*
